Fifth Path Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ClauseGuard, Sober Path, and Sober Farmer applications (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:

• Account information: Email address and name when you create an account.
• App usage data: Anonymous crash reports and performance data to improve the Apps.
• Purchase information: Subscription and purchase records processed through Apple App Store. We do not store your payment details.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

ClauseGuard stores all contract scan data locally on your device only. We do not transmit, store, or have access to any contracts or documents you scan. Your scan history never leaves your device.

Sober Path stores your sobriety data locally on your device. We do not collect or store personal health information on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Apps
• To process subscription payments via Apple App Store
• To respond to support requests
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For subscription and payment processing
• Groq / Google Gemini: For AI contract analysis in ClauseGuard (text is processed and not stored)
• ElevenLabs: For audio generation features in Sober Path

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their data practices.

5. Data Storage & Security

Sensitive user data (contract scans, sobriety records) is stored locally on your device using encrypted device storage. We do not have access to this data and cannot retrieve it.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to any personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

8. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove all associated personal data within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
